Welcome to Waslah. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Waslah.cc and the Waslah application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms and applicable Saudi laws. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including waitlist details and any future booking information. You agree to treat vendors, hosts, and other users with respect and good faith.

When accounts become available, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at Abdullah@waslah.cc if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waslah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

The Waslah brand, logo, copy, and design are the property of Waslah and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them without our written permission.

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice when changes affect users in a material way.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.
