Waslah ("we", "us", "our") operates the website Waslah.cc and the upcoming Waslah application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with us.

We are based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and we follow the principles of the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

When you join our waitlist or contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the role you selected (host, vendor, investor, etc.).

When you visit Waslah.cc, we may collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, language preference, and the pages you view, in order to keep the site secure and improve it.

We use your information to (a) send you updates about Waslah, (b) understand interest from hosts and vendors, (c) plan our private beta and public launch, and (d) keep the Service safe and reliable.

We will never sell your personal data. We will never share it with advertisers.

Your data is stored on reputable cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services for hosting, email delivery, and analytics. We choose providers that respect user privacy and are committed to data protection.

Waslah is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
